An Introduction to Creative Thinking
This foundational course identifies your personal innovation strength(s) (scaffolded by FourSight) and offers an introduction to creative thinking and the tools and methods used by the top creativity scholars and practitioners in the world to boost creative problem solving skills and confidence. This course will ensure that you feel more comfortable and capable with creative thinking and primed for more effective creative problem solving in the workplace. This half-day course can be followed by An Introduction to Creative Problem Solving for those who want to dig more deeply into the creative problem solving process.

In this course, you will:
Learn your innovation strengths and areas for growth
Learn how cognitive styles are connected to the creative problem solving process
Develop mindsets that are conducive to more innovative thinking and outcomes

Specifically, you will learn how to:
Leverage your cognitive style’s strengths while mitigating your watch-outs
Work with people who have different cognitive styles more effectively
Connect cognitive styles to the creative problem solving framework

You will leave with:
A personal innovation profile with a focus on innovation strength(s)
A framework for creative problem solving in any situation
An orientation to The Dalí and a curated gallery experience of a highly creative artist and innovator that will prepare you to turn problems into innovative solutions
