Question: What links Marine Science, Life Science and Art?Answer: The St Pete Innovation District!The second tour of the St Pete Innovation District was held on February 8th. A cross-section of District members went behind-the-scenes at SRI, Veterans Orthopedic Training Center, Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital and The Dali Museum.Participants learned about how data sharing technology that helps to keep our military safe can be used by journalists and doctors. They met a industrious team who are training veterans so that they can have meaningful careers in medicine once they leave the military. They saw first hand the amazing biorepository that will quadruple in size at the new Johns Hopkins Research Center.
