Scientists to be Featured by the St. Pete Science Festival

The St. Petersburg Science Festival is looking for scientists, technologists, researchers, etc. to feature in a year-round Scientists in the Sun online campaign.  The purpose is to highlight the variety of science-related careers in our community and the people who work in them.   We hope to entice youth to explore job options they might not have realized exist.

If you would like to be included or know someone who would, please reach out to the team (see flyer for details).

The graduation of the CodeBoxx AI Literacy and Applications Bootcamp was held on Saturday, August 9th at the ARK Innovation Center. The celebration included a tour of the ARK building, a sneak peek at the Vu Studio, and a hackathon. This bootcamp is designed to give participants a competitive edge in the job market by teaching practical ways to use AI. AI literacy and tech communication are more important than ever, and we're incredibly proud of this graduating class for taking that step forward.
