Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital is a Level II Trauma Center, the only trauma center in Pinellas County, and an accredited Comprehensive Stroke Center. Offering adult emergency services at our downtown campus, plus adult and pediatric emergency services at Orlando Health Emergency Rooms – Crossroads and Pinellas Park, you’re never far from highly specialized emergency care – 24/7.
The hospital also offers many areas of expertise, including heart and vascular care, surgical services, obstetrics & gynecology, neuroscience care, including a Level IV Epilepsy Center, and acute rehabilitation. The Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital Cardiac Cath Lab, located in the James Heart Center, offers a full range of cardiovascular services. And in partnership with Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital, Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital Baby Place offers full obstetrical care, access to NICU if the need arises and is a Level III Regional Perinatal Intensive Care Center, one of only 12 in Florida.
As a teaching medical center, Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital also offers residency programs in Family Medicine, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Pharmacy as well as a fellowship program in Sports Medicine.
